Artwork Products - Original Artworks, Prints and Personalized works / Commissions

The products currently offered are original as well as limited prints thereof. All orders are shipped with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist (Preeti Dubey) and bear a branding sticker on the back side.

We have appointed a reputed printing partner for high quality giclee prints. They use best available materials and latest equipment and technology to offer quality products that are long lasting.

We make efforts to achieve best color accuracy during the printing process however; there may be slight variation due to several reasons like individual display settings, photographic process etc. The actual prints and original artworks may thus look slightly different as compared to how they look on the website.

All drawings are shipped unframed and framed artworks shown on the website are for illustration purpose only.

If you are interested in purchasing any of the original drawings/ artwork or getting something specific you want to be drawn by the artist, please send us a mail to ‘info@preetidubeystudio.com’ or use contact form on our website. We will provide you the prices and discuss shipping / payment options.

Payment Options

You may choose to pay using your credit / debit card or via PayPal. Our website uses integrated payment processors from reputed and secure payment processors - Stripe and PayPal. Check out also supports Apple Pay, which automatically shows up on supported devices.

Card payments (credit or debit cards) are processed securely on the same page without redirecting you to third party website or payment portals.

Payments do not include any taxes or duties. These (if applicable) are to be settled by you and not by us. Generally courier companies contact and collect these charges from you and pay the customs and duties on your behalf, however if you wish to know in advance, you may enquire from concerned departments, if taxes such as customs or import duties are applicable on your orders in your country of residence.

Currency

The default currency for this website is US Dollars and all costs (products and shipping) are displayed and charged in USD.

As an alternative (which may especially be suitable to residents of United Arab Emirates), we are able to receive payments in local currency - AED as well. To avail this option, the customer needs to contact us through the form on the contact page of this website or by sending an e-mail along with the description of product(s) of interest.

The customer will then receive a digital invoice with online payment options and can choose to pay using credit / debit card or Apple Pay. This is done securely via our payment processor (Stripe).

Packaging

We take care that your orders reach you in perfect condition. All prints are packed in acid free paper and depending on the size, either are shipped in cardboard tubes or in flat reinforced envelopes. We make an effort to use recycled and locally sourced products for packaging. There are no extra charges for packaging.

Shipping cost

You will see the delivery zone and cost of shipping as you proceed to check-out. This is based on the shipping destination and the number of items you order. Shipping cost is displayed as you enter your details and shipping address, before proceeding to payment. In case your wish to order several items together / bulk quantities (more than 10 items), you may either contact us in advance or we will contact you after receiving the order regarding best shipping option for you. Any shipping paid with the order will be adjusted in the final shipping cost.

Custom tax and duties varies from country to country, we recommend you to enquire about any applicable taxes on the items you are ordering, since these would be settled by you and not us.

Delivery Timings

All orders other than commissions are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days from date of purchase. Local shipping in UAE typically takes 3 to 4 days however international shipping may take up to 8 to 10 days from when the order is made.

This may vary depending on your location and may be affected by holidays & Covid related protocols. You will receive a notification by mail when we despatch your order. Please contact us if the you experience delays in delivery beyond the above mentioned time frame.

Shipping is subject to confirmation of destination from our shipping partner and any order outside the partner’s delivery area will not be processed and the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Returns & Refunds

If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, contact us immediately for assistance. Include any photos you may have, showing the damage. We may initiate a return process after review of your case. Such requests can not be processed beyond 14 days from the date of shipping.

If you wish to return the item due to some other reason, you need to contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of order. Preserve the packaging and product in original condition as far as possible. All return requests are subject to review and approval process at our end and it can not always be guaranteed. If however approved, refunds usually take a maximum of 15 days to reflect in your original mode of payment.

Other than the case of damaged items delivery, cost of shipping for return items shall be paid by you directly to the shipping agency. Please note that the original shipping charges paid by you while placing the order, are not refundable in any case.

Original artworks can not be returned and no request for return or refund shall be accepted. The same is applicable for customized / personalised works
